It was an open secret that he loved to spy on the townsfolk whenever and wherever he found the time to do so. Some say he formed this habit because he was all alone; others, however, assumed it simply helped him to elaborate better ways of tormenting them. Whatever the truth, Tisdor Dwindleteeth III needed assistance and he knew where to find it. It is not for nothing that he amassed a quite impressive pile of ″valuable material″ for his sinister experiments. Of course it reeked of pestilence and decay but – at least according to Tisdor Dwindleteeth III – was definitely nothing to sneeze at. After all, he was considerably more disgusted by the thought of letting anything go to waste than by the overly disturbing stench. And thus, countless nosebolds began snooping around the many taverns, workshops and crooked buildings of Falbheim and beyond.
