Summer Time Chu!

This is actually a returning Chu that continues to get retconned from my character list, but the twist here, he's evolved from a Pikachu into an Alolan Raichu!! (Don't have a name for him yet, but I've had several Raichu and Pikachu names I used over the years, so maybe i'll decide on one someday.)
Always liked Raichu but was self conscious about how I drew them, but as time passed, I got more and more comfortable. (And I still really like Raichus, especially alolan, holy fuck.)
The last time this Chu was seen, was when I had a doodle sheet where he was bullying my Flaaffy, Mr Floofels!!
