Herzeleide was well known for regularly presenting shockingly eccentric creations combining alchemy and fine cuisine – and the shrimp shocktail was literally shocking indeed. Although the aftermath was a tick more destructive as initially planned, no one of her exalted guests seemed to be extensively shocked in a negative way by the exciting flavour. After all, that’s what they paid for when visiting the well-frequented establishment.
