Nobody really knows why and how this potion actually works. Regarding ingredients, it is easy – the only one: a good chunk of mud scooped from the waters the sneering sludge fish dwells in. However, storing the sneer sludge in a way that the mud actually sprouts the magic-infusing fungus to complete the receipt seems to be sheer impossible and solely based on extreme luck.
