Sneering Sludge Fish – Small monstrosity, any chaotic alignment

Since one of their fine maps first popped up on my feed, I instantly became a huge fan of their eccentric and colorful designs! I can imagine more than one of my creatures roaming through their inspiring maps and I'm honored that the Sneering Sludge Fish now does so officially!

Born into an overhanging garden covered with soggy moss and formed by the restless waterfalls, the sneering sludge fish not only literally lives on the edge but also seems to be permanently stranded on the brink of evolution. Smart enough to use tools but cursed with unluckily unwieldy fins too clumsy to hold them long enough, this peculiar creature quickly learned to get the most out of its immediate proximity – be it the partially mouldered stick to use as a weapon or a randomly sharpened stone to prepare its next meal.

I updated the Monster Page. The attack now deals the actual doubled dice on improvised weapons 2d4 instead of 1d8.
