Figment of Frost – Tiny celestial, any alignment

It is said that the slumbering creature‘s current condition or the place it rests in has a direct effect on the shape of the manifested figment. Thus, this peculiar celestial might be the result of a vulpecula hibernating on the freezing slope of a mountain or near the gelid waters of an icy stream.
