My Pixiv account was suspended!

I’ve been shocked, totally shocked when my pixiv account was banned without any warning!!! I am always careful and abide by all of their terms, because pixiv and twitter are everything I have. But pixiv's policy is so absurd that they say they will not accept any questions and will never answer. I can't tell where I’ve done wrong. I simply wants to know the reasons why they banned me to avoid repeating the mistakes. My friend, another artist on pixiv, has signed up for an annual membership fee. He’ve made several mistakes, and was sent warnings by them. I’m not sure if it’s because my account is free, they don’t bother sending any reminders or warnings and just ban me right away?! If that’s the case, that’s so discriminating! I’m so frustrated right now. I’ve lost 150,000 followers on pixiv, thanks to whom I’ve been trying harder and harder everyday. I have put in a lot of effort for a long time. I even have to suffer from chronic back and shoulder pain for drawing too much. But it was all destroyed after a single message!

Twitter has increased their allotment to 5 MB per image and you don't need to censor or heavily compress your art. You can always post there in the meantime. Send in the ticket in the meantime.

And since this minority is so vocal; huge companies are changing their policies because they think this is what the general population wants which is not the case.
