Jynx enjoy's this curse as it forces Gecko to need to "release" his energy and she is the best person to help since she feeds on it, and usually is the cause of making him go into this state in the first place.
the curse forces energy to build up in the lower chakras, when Gecko is turned on sexually, Gecko being a Monk usually tries to resist such temptations but the curse eventually wins the battle with all that energy building up.
