Character progress: Figue and Pyramid Head

I'm doing with her another character, a gift for halloween. I was trying to create the pyramid head of Silent Hill 2.
This time I started with the outfit because if i can do it I will not finish the character. I was looking for the textures of his outfit and this is the result.
Now I will work in the body and for the face my husband give me the idea to recreate the face of James because the pyramid head is a manifestation of his guilt.
