Added 2024-04-01 08:30:00 +0000 UTCLess is known about Ralph than Ms Norton, although it appears he also works at the library. Why Lisa is on a first name basis with him and not Ms Norton cannot be determined, as he will never show up again.
I'm sure they had big story plans for the continuing adventures of Ralph, but after realising they already had a character named Ralph, scrapped all his library-related adventures. Here's hoping he can make a triumphant comeback in a newer episode.
