New Characters & Hailey Calloway's Motel Room (Thread on Discord)

• New Larger Character:
Looking for basically anything; a name, nationality, occupation, hobbies, their family situation (marriage, children) and any details or traits.
She's going to be a neighbor for Mia Bosñjak in a Suburban area. Planning on having them be good friends that COULD blossom into something more.
• New Thinner Character - Lea Smith
Don't have a lot other than their name "Lea Smith". I am willing to change their last name though.
Again looking for a lot; hobbies, family and any details or traits.
They're going to be a model for Linde's clothing line and they'll be interacting a lot. She'll be a more light-hearted character.
• Daria's Police Partner Iris Holm
Looking for mostly background details, family, hobbies, details. But I'm also a little not down on her personality yet.
If you have insights into what kinda person she could be, that'd be interesting, but at least in the bedroom, she'll be dominant, I think.
She'll be interacting mostly with Daria and their relationship will start off very abrasive, before blooming into AT LEAST a place of respect.
• Hailey Calloway Motel Room
First iteration of Hailey's living space. She'll occupy room A, on the top floor, with her mom.
The manager will be in Room B, who will have an attractive son.
There'll be some signage on the roof with the name of the motel at C, I'm open to taking suggestions regarding the name there too.
