[POLL] (more) Realistic Genital Sizes?

Should I model the genitals of my characters to a more realistic size? Like, Claudia is impossible to receive oral. Which I would like to do, sometimes, you know?
I'm just going to kind of use this poll as a guiding rod, not immediately going to make big changes depending on this, but I think it's good to know your opinion on this.
