It isn't necessarily at the beach but seeing some of them try on some bikini/swimsuits and getting a little handsy in the dressing room would be interesting. Couple other ideas: Gloryhole at the beach changing rooms. Sex at the open-air beach showers. Naughty lifeguard stroking themselves to other beach goers.
