UE5 Open World #27 - Shooting Stars

In this episode of the UE5 open world series, we are going to work on shooting stars in the night sky. We previously worked on a meteor shower system in unreal engine 4 and I will be re-using some of it here. You can watch the UE4 meteor shower tutorial here.  https://youtu.be/3Rpi-ky2fTI The shooting stars system will be implemented using a niagara particle system which has a flare like head, and a tail created using a ribbon particle. We will also add parameters to control the amount of shooting stars you need to see in the night sky. It can either be a meteor shower, or few random shooting stars, or none at all. they will be automatically activated in the night and deactivated at the sunrise.
