Admire Tree: Interaction and Holiday Tradition (Preview)

I've started working on my holiday calendar, which I will publish later. However, some holiday traditions haven't been implemented, so I created them myself.
This one adds a new interaction, "Admire Tree," to all trees (both from the EA and CC). Depending on their personality, a sim will receive a moodlet that makes them feel inspired or sad.
To complete the holiday tradition, a sim should admire the tree three times.
Note that this interaction cannot be added to pre-defined trees in the world because they are different objects for decoration. However, you can add it to the lot or move it using the T.O.O.L. mod by TwistedMexi.
Compatible with 1.115-1.117 Game Version.
