No Ailments
Added 2025-07-12 15:38:38 +0000 UTCFor some reason, you can't disable ailments entirely in the game options; you can only reduce the chance of them occurring. With this mod, however, there will be no ailments at all.
HOW IT WORKS
Fairies can no longer apply ailments to sims.
Sims can't receive ailments from being imbalanced or from touch.
However, I haven't disabled the balance system and luck because you can do so in the game options.
Also, the previously assigned ailments remain. That's why I created the mailbox cheat. Type "testingcheats true" in the command console, then click + Shift on the mailbox. This cheat removes ailments from all sims in the save, and they won't get an ailment after that. I recommend running it once you've installed the mod.
Compatible with 1.116 Game Version.

Apparently, turning ailments off in game options didn't stop them from spreading around the npc sims. Still a very useful mod, thank you. ((Also, thank you for your Healthcare Redux mods! Your tweaks help curb the more annoying problems of a mod I really like.))
