I decided to write a small addon to the health system, specifically to the discovery of serious diseases (meningitis, tuberculosis, malaria, cancer).
Now, when your sim will have one of these diseases, their twin will feel it with some chance - an alarming moodlet will appear.
After that, the sim will be able to Ask if something happened and he will share the news about the diagnosis. Afterwards, the sim will also be able to Share support to their twin.

Compatible with 1.108-1.116 Game Version.
