Always Headline Effects Off (Mod Request)

One of my subscribers asked me to write a mod that turns off headline effects automatically. So here it is!
You still can manually turn it on via cheat console though.

Just put it in the Mods folder no deeper than 1 subfolder.

Can I please ask if you would consider updating this mod always headline effects off. it suddenly stopped working and I have tried everything but its still not working. I love it soo much as I hate seeing all of those bubbles pop up on my sims. please kindly consider this, there is no other mods for taking off those effects permanently. Thank You.

2024-07-22 09:04:13 +0000 UTCI had a dream last night that I was a Sim and everyone was a Sim, and they were chasing me without any reason. Then I was a human and downloaded this mod. When I started The Sims 4, I turned into a Sim again, and they started to chase me again, but with this mod, they couldn't find me because my headlines weren't there anymore, so they couldn't see my name. It was a weird dream; I don't know what it means, but it was fun to dream it. Thanks for making this mod
