I think we're all feeling similarly. It's been a really rough week, and I get it. We definitely come here to get a break from the chaos, but it's nice to know it's a safe space. Also, you guys are allowed to share whatever you want; it's your show. I hope Lily and her mom are okay. These fires, on top of everything else, are just horrendous. I'm so sorry for all those who have been impacted.

I refuse to watch anything news related as I am finally coming out of the deep depression that started as seasonal depression in October so my week has been pretty good ❤️ we went to a hotel with a water park all weekend for my son who has ADHD and on the spectrum. It was really wonderful to get to spend time with him in a place that he loves.

That absolutely sucks, I'm sorry you have to deal with that. With that said, people have a right to feel upset about what's going on in this disaster of a country, whether they're directly impacted or not. We want people to feel empathetic, it's when we start feeling apathetic that we should be concerned.

I got 108 points out of 100 on my algebra test. My kids are sick, I'm exhausted, and my brain stopped understanding anything my biology teacher lectured about. I slept 9 straight hours last night though.

My pipes froze too, thankfully not for long though. I have a double ear infection and sinus infection that cephalexin isn’t helping so probably have to go with something stronger. And I never take antibiotics so idk what’s up. Oh yeah, and then the orange man all that bullshit. 😒 But it helps to rant in here! 😂💙

All the pipes in my house froze so we only have cold water, even tho the hot water heater is working like a gem 🫠 but my husband got screws out of his leg that have been in there for 2 years, so that was good! He didn't appreciate the 5 degree shower beforehand for sure 😂 we've been boiling pots of water on the stove to make baths and do dishes, so if y'all need me I'll be living in the 1700s ✌🏼 I'm blaming Trump for all of this. 🥳
