I'm sorry you had to deal with that I understand that life can sometimes hit and other people should be wary of that this person didn't have to threaten you to get an update, but you should still send some kind of update to your clients to let them know that they were not forgotten like "hi i'm doing your request right now or your request is two after the first one just so they don't have to keep messaging you constantly, but he definitely took it a bit too far
