Once I had my awakening, I can compete with others in sports, games and have a great time regardless of ye outcome since the focus is now inward: did I give my best, did I show up authentically etc

I’ve always felt like I just don’t want to get to the point in life whether that be natural accident, health regression, or age itself, where I have to rely on others for simple living. Like I would be miserable if I had to rely on someone to bathe and help me use/finish the restroom. I really wish that assisted death was more acceptable. I feel like I would feel as if I’ve lived the course of my life around 68-72 range and I’m ready to go.
