And like 35mins when people went in knowing who they were going to vote. But he also mentioned no watch, phone, or clock is allowed, so he can’t say for sure.

Some people just cannot understand just how much it disrupts your every day, thinking about how crazy it is that everyone else seems fine and why their world isn't ending. Not being able to have others understand this (just because they havent been through it) and putting yourself in a position to be openly perceived as a game player at the worst time of your life makes me want to cry for you, and i know you probably feel pressure to talk about your experience because of it and that makes it break even more if thats something you dont want to do. I hope you just make the choices that are best for you because the important people will get it. It must feel like nobody will, but its not true. The dichotomy of opening yourself up to being percieved at the worst time of your life where some people just wont understand (people in The Club That Nobody Wants To Be In do, but not everyone) is so psychologically difficult and not a fair thing to be placed on you. Mine was 10 years ago and I was 24 and it was incredibly sudden, but he was one of my best friends and the person I would go to for my problems- the the most universally loved person I've never met. Loved his family and his kids, always told his sons he loved them and had no time for toxic masculinity and raised my two younger brothers not to be that way. Theres a point to me saying this, I promise: it still impacts every single decision i make, every day. 10 years later. You want people to know that. To truly understand that. For me, every day still. And I wasnt on a hit reality show. It gets easier to manage, but the impact doesnt go away. My dad was one of the very rare people I call golden people, and the way everyone talks about Ms. Martha I know she is one of them too. She sounded nothing but amazing and her story of raising you and Justin is incredible and is immortalized in your podcast at the very least. I know you are probably sick of hearing this-I was too- but she's absolutely so proud of you. I hope you take care of yourself in the best way meant for you and know that some fans out there DO understand. It's such a lonely, terrible feeling and placing yourself in this world at that time is horrifying, but I promise you that more people than you think are perceiving your world exactly at it is placed in your context and love you even more for it. Sorry this is CRAZY long my full Jewish and Italian self came out. We see you, Bob. You're such a gift and please take care of yourself in whatever way is best for you.

You doing this months after your mom must have been really hard (I would have been a mess if I did it months after my dad died and would never pull it off as good as you), and hopefully really rewarding. Thanks for making it so enjoyable and being so great at such a tough time. I hope you give yourself the credit and praise you deserve and that you did something to treat yourself after.

2025-01-12 07:02:32 +0000 UTCAfter watching episode 3 Bob is definitely doing just a liiiittle too much but I think the key here is what they don't show and what we don't see outright. I do think the way she could pull it off is because they are also trying to make a show and it's clear Bob wants to produce good reality TV. Like when Bob said the royals line it was then when I was like okay she clearly wants to put on a good production and everyone knows it, and it would be smart to convince the cast you're doing a lot when they talk behind the scenes because you want to make it such a good season and produce really good TV and scenes (hence why Dylan said you are a really good actor which Bob that must have made you feel nice too), and you can hide a LOT of traitor behavior behind that. Like after the Miss Guided line, everyone smiled. You also get them to like you, which low key really does matter in the long run with time if you've seen any traitors season. Because if they are faced with decisions, as compared to other people they won't mind losing to you or don't want you to leave. Also, nobody wants to be targeting the drag queen and get a terrible edit. So it helps that Bob is incredibly likeable and has a great personality and is hilarious. Even if there was TV fights I bet the whole cast at the LEAST really enjoyed her. I hope it was reciprocal Bob too and that you had some good fun. I can't imagine how stressful it must have been though. I mean you still played the game and at the end of the day everyone knows the rules and is just going to make great reality TV and knows it but there's definitely a huge psychological component about it even if it is all pre planned and scripted (which I don't believe). It's fascinating.

Usually you want to keep those people around. Bob saying nobody thinking she was a traitor makes more sense as to why that was chosen though, at first getting rid of the people who aren't being blamed is smart but you do have to switch up tactics. But when Carolyn couldn't say why that drove me CRAZY. Also Carolyn is wild and idk how much I'm living for her
