It doesn’t necessarily refer to faith but instead: “it affects physical, mental, and social health; it dominates other aspects of health; there are religious and existential approaches to spiritual health; it is perceptible in people’s behavior; and it can be enhanced and improved.” -NHS.org. Overall hopeful consciousness is beyond mental health as it does not depend chemically but instead socio-cognitively. Spirituality is not what Bob directly refers to, as it doesn’t HAVE to do with religion, God, or life after death, but instead general welfare of your culminating cognitive health. Science has proven beyond a doubt that most high functioning cognitive mental processes are beyond the scope of physicality, mental chimcals, etc. Bob’s point of view of “spirituality” is his own form of it. It cannot be solely put into another topic area.
