Recessive means that it must be inherited from both parents. Having darker skin is a dominant trait - meaning that if only one parent has dark skin, the child will have darker skin. In order to be "white" both parents have to be "white". Same with Red hair or blue eyes. Brown eyes are always dominant whether you're white or black. If recessive traits were "unevolved" then they would disappear from a species over time - but they haven't and won't because dominants and recessive traits reach an equilibrium and we get exactly what we have today. If non white people could possibly fuck white people out of existence - I'd be the first one to sign up lol.
