I know I'm late on this but the reason why it hurts in your stomach so badly when you get hit in the balls is because they are both connected to cords and vessels in your body that run form them through the area that you're referring to. The blood flow to your balls and a bunch of other shit gets temporarily messed up when they're hit, which is also why it takes a second for the pain to hit because its not the ball itself that hurts the most.
