Toile: Baggy Jeans
Added 2024-11-29 12:05:38 +0000 UTCI cannot fully fasten the zipper unless I pull the waistband high up the waist. But this jean is supposed to be low-waist.
I identify the cause is that there is not enough waist ease. I thought that the 3 cm full ease that in use should be just enough. I failed to realize that low-waist circumference is significantly longer that the usual waist circumference, so I should put a lot more ease. Alternatively, I should measure the low-waist circumference and use it in my draft.
And I probably should add about 2 cm more ease to the hip because the pocketing material is quite bulky.
Other than that, next time I want to use wider felled seam. They are a bit narrow compared to the jeans that I look.
