Women Techwear Jacket

Bodice: Bunka style bodice block
Sleeve: Bunka kimono sleeve with gusset. I skip some steps to make the sleeve narrower.
Hood: Mykyung et al two-piece hood.
Not shown in video: the front flap, back strap, other small details like cuff straps, buttons, etc..
Note:
- Techware is hard to reverse engineer because they may use unconventional techniques. For example, I how have no idea how they make the hood. A first, I thought that the hood is a normal three-piece hood with a visor, but after closer inspection it is actually a two-piece hood with darts.
- This garment has underarm gusset which in only visible on the second picture. I have never make a garment with underarm gusset before. I take more time than usual to browse several instructions. The garment will look the same without the gusset, but I take this as an opportunity to learn new thing.
- This is the second techwear that I make after a drop crotch techwear pants that I make referencing Acronym pants. One commentor wrote that I'm stealing from Acronym. Actually, I'm honored that my work are good enough to resemble the original garment. I'm not a designer and and never claim any garment that I make is fully my design. I'm considering myself as a patternmaker instead. I'm only one person after all. Someday I'll drop my own design when I'm good enough.
