R9: Concrete Variants Reworked, Gold block, ...

For this update the focus was on cleaning up the pack a bit, especially the old concrete textures from R1. Back then I created them very quickly because they were supposed to be used only by me - Now I replaced them with some higher quality ones. It's defenitely not the style everyone likes. A lot of time went into optimizing them for quite realistic videos/screenshots.

Here are the most important changes:

Gray and Yellow Concrete have a new texture, similar to the old ones. Optimized for realistic reflections as seen in my video.
Green Concrete Texture (Concrete "pillars") (they have some dirt-effect (caused by rain) at the top)
Magenta Concrete has a new texture (It's not magenta, I will replace some not so important colors with gray/other concrete variations)
Black_Concrete: A heavy concrete tile, rounded edges, rough with alot of grunge/scratches etc on it.
Gold Block: It's supposed to be some kind of architectural metal plates, goes well with the new concrete types.
I reworked the glass block/pane ctm textures and created a second type of the same glass, now with reflections. I use the brown_stained_glass for this.

As a base, the concrete textures use stitched-together photographs of concrete but most scratches etc have been painted in photoshop "by hand".

I struggeled a lot with a current shader issue, that causes all normal maps to look extremely flat when I tried to compile the pack. I had to remove some textures (e.g: regular terracotta). Hope this works now, let me know if anything has changed in visual quality in comparison to R8. Sonic Ether has managed to find the cause and might fix it for the next update of seus ptgi.

Also, please unzip the pack before loading, It seems to crash for me when loading as .zip file.

For the next update, I think I'll do some realistic wood, especially for architectural use. I travel quite a lot now where I always find new ideas/inspiration.
