While the group may be there to beg for an ally, Duke Lanner DiHojan is far from an understanding ruler. Showing little care for the "lesser" that exist on the tiers below his castle, he is more than pleased with the system his family has had in place. His sister, Layla Ruttiger however, is easier to talk with. Though Lanner's elder, she was passed over in favor of a male heir to take rule of Castle DiHojan.
