Added 2025-01-07 17:00:11 +0000 UTCLegend tells that when the cataclysm rocked Krynn, a ship was struck by such powerful saves that its hull was compromised and began to sink. Praying for help, the people on the ship were answered from an unusual source as a massive dragon turtle, known as the lesser god Beikeshen, grabbed a hold of the ocean floor and dragged a chunk up to create an island for the survivors on The Lanton. Claw marks from Beikeshen can be seen on the Northern coast still and those who survived the sinking ship founded the town of Guizhen and began to worship Beikeshen. Sadly, the population of Beikeshen Island would dwindle over the next two hundred years as no one had even ventured to the island in the past fifty year. Left to the tolls of age, the homes began to fall into disrepair and the prayers to Beikeshen fell silent.
