Girl Euphoria isnt completely out of line, in my high school (2011-15) we had one girl (15) get pregnant by a 28 year old man, got forced by her mom to have an abortion, then she got pregnant a few months later by a 36 year old man, had the baby, dropped out. Had kids smoking crack in the bathrooms, a girl got jumped by her friends, and when the TA ran to break it up she slipped on the girls wig. A kid got in a fist fight in the cafeteria with his friend because he fucked his sister, threw trash cans everywhere, and choked out the cop. One kid set the bathroom on fire. My class went to go on the elevator and a girl was fully blowing a guy when the door opened. And this is in the suburbs of new england.

Ok, I can't find any books about mixing Mio correctly, but I found a history of artificial sweeteners used in beverages called Empty Pleasures The Story of Artificial Sweeteners from Saccharin to Splenda. On top of that, Google Scholar has a host of papers and experiment guidelines using powdered drinks to illustrate some aspects of a scientific reaction. So basically, Monet's Mio mixing book hasn't been written yet and she should totally incorporate this into her inevitable memoir.

I graduated last year and let me tell you it was wild. I went to school in Gainesville Florida and the kids there did everything. Some kids would come to school on acid, others on molly, an overwhelming majority had Xanax. There were a lot of drug related death amongst my friends and relapse was almost inevitable for some of these kids. I only smoked weed at school I could smoke it at home but I liked to smoke during lunch in the field or something, once a group of guys and myself hotboxed the sound booth in the theater. Not to even mention the kids getting it on everywhere and I must admit I added to the schools body count but some of these kids weren’t even trying to get away with it one couple got caught on the stairs outside. But all and all I had a great time in high school lol oh yah there was a lot of coke use too at that school I remember a resource officer that loved me that our school was the number one school for drug arrest in the county.

I graduated high school two years ago and I can confirm that we were wild. I would go to class hung over or still fucked up half the time. One of my friends got into trouble for smuggling drugs into a school dance by hiding it in her pu*sy

I think monet is right about kids these days. I was a “goodie tooshoes” kid up until my sophomore year. I grew up in foster care and stuff so I was always around a lot before that, but my sophomore year of high school, I realized I was the only kid who was like that. Even my best friend was smoking weed. I experimented with alcohol and weed around that time and it really changed my perspective. Not that I became a pothead and showing up to school drunk, but I did notice that most of the kids in my 3000+ student body high school where. The richies, us poor kids, even some of the Mormons. I also want to chime in on the euphoria vs. looney tune high school debate. I unfortunately attended a euphoria high school in an inner city environment. I graduated 10 years ago and the school and the hood by extension still glamorizes drugs, being ratchet and combative. I don’t think I have time to go in on what that truly stems from but it equally has to do with a failing school system, and indoctrination in education than putting the onus on culture or technology. Applied learning is cosmically better than rote memorization. I saw so many brilliant but bored friends turn to drugs to escape bullying and boredom at school and at home. It’s a glacier of a problem.
