My grandparents donated a bunch of money to their church in Memphis on the condition that it be used to hire a Black priest and a Black administrator, because they didn't like that this church in a predominantly Black neighborhood didn't have leadership that represented the community. The donation was truly a gift, but there were definitely expectations attached, and I think it was totally appropriate.

Re the sweater: my feelings would be hurt too! Taking it personally cause I've been in Bob's shoes. Bob is being vulnerable enough to tell Monet how this is making them feel. Obviously Bob's feelings are hurt, and Monet is still hanging on to whatever her reason is for not wearing the sweater and seems to be getting a kick out of how this making Bob feel. I was NOT disappointed...

I voted for Bob, which I was not expecting going in, because Bob is usually like the older sibling who purposely riles up the younger one. That may still have been the case here but it was more subtle. I do agree with Monet in that i don't think you are ever truly mean to each other on the podcast, you just engage in a lot of hyperbole. But all of that is a part of what I love about your dynamic and the podcast in general. But looking at it in the context of a game, I think Bob's competitive side came out and they played better and won.

I’ll say this, as far as the game is concerned Bob was nicer. I think Bob is better at controlling their emotions and keeping a calm and cool tone/language if they so choose to. HOWEVER, we’re not just gonna skip over the fact that Bob also loves to instigate and rile Monet up in order to get her to the point of being “angry” and raising her voice. Bob knows what’s they are doing and also knows that Monet can’t control herself as well as Bob. So all these little side comments and stuff I think proves that Bob is inherently meaner and just loves to puss Monet off. That being said, I love you both very much and this podcast was so hilarious to watch. Much love!!! 🥰❤️
