Ok so, no T, no shade, no pink lemonade but... I agree with all the placements the judges gave out. Obviously Mugler was #1 and I do think Garcon did second best in the performances. Also, I like their outfits because I feel like they did what they were going for, which felt very 70s does Victorian. It was like if the makers of the Wiz did a Victorian Era movie. I loved their costumes and was here for the interpretation. I literally agreed with all the judges scoring. I think, regardless of who got chopped when, Kalik would have won hand performance. So, at the end of the day, Tisci just ended up in the bottom 2 and deserved it. It's like if one of your faves messed up on drag race and had to lip sync and then didn't perform well enough. I hands down thought Omari out performed Simone. So, to me, it doesn't seem like Tisci was set up. You can't afford to have a bad night when there are only 5 teams left.

But she semi-accurately predicted the face category (a butch queen winning over Stasha, Simone and Shannon didn’t compete but were also mentioned losing so), Honey missing two episodes, and Tisci’s winning a lot at the money ball (said they swept, which I mean $25,000 out of $30,000 would be considered a sweep to me). It’s also relationships behind the scenes like Simone said: Omari being friends with Leiomy, Leiomy basically being like a vogue mother to Tati, Leiomy+Dashaun and Prince being in vogue evolution, and Leiomy’s tense history with the founder of the House of Icon (not for sure if everything was squashed, it was years ago). I’m not going to say the tea is true because who really knows but people that were there, but I hope it isn’t. I love Legendary and I’ll continue watching but as a LGBT black person seeing a community like ballroom being gentrified for TV kind of rubs me the wrong way. The beats are decent I guess but don’t hold a candle to the Legendary beats they play at balls, people winning or getting chopped who normally wouldn’t at a ballroom, and 10’s for messy ass performances.
