Whats most important is when they talked about BLM. I got emotional.

1000% she won that. I think had she not been too kooky on the runway and played the character more she would’ve won. I didn’t personally think that her walk was enough to take away from the fact she killed the competition with just her final look.

One thing I don't like about the ball challenges is that it factors in two looks that you brought from home. They just had a Fashion Show challenge a couple of weeks ago. We don't need this days long ball challenge runway. I think they should just have a straight up design challenge. If the scoring had been all about the looks that they'd made themselves, I think the bottom 3 would have been Kandy, Symone, and LaLa Ri and Utica would have been the winner. The format of the ball allows girls to let their designers and money get them through what should really be a challenge focused solely on design.

i kind of love kandys look, the skirt just needed to be longer/shaped better, and maybe different shoes (like a sneaker or something with a more childlike vibe) - i loved the bra top and the colour blocking and the fact the was wearing an actual backpack on her back too. i think if the wig (which was sooo cute) was a bit shorter so you could see the outfit better, i think it would have been much better! it needed refining, but it had a vision i think
