Ryan Mortenson

not him giving us scottish fans a bad name. EW!

I love Bob’s face each time David talked over him 😂

aw he is so cute with you tbh -- this is cute

M JM

So we're gonna all ignore how fine David's man is? I stan a good gap.

You should do this segment with Monét the next time she pops off at you

I really loved this

Well dang it's a shame that everyone has to say don't send hate messages now you don't have to directly tell someone that you hate them and you shouldn't hate people that you don't know if you don't like them or don't like something they say it's cool to express it maturely and respectfully.....but like Katt Williams say why buy the ticket to hate on me... you know what nevermind keep buying the tickets it's great for business

That kilt salesperson is a disgrace! All my relatives in Scotland would be as shocked and disappointed as I am to hear that. They’re a pure embarrassment. I could just hear them say “ you expect that aff Chanel, but no a kilt shop!”

The Queen of the MF'n people!

While I don’t disagree my point was more that the video proves the point that when faced with the object of their derision you see someone back track on what they wrote originally. So how committed to your OG flippant tweet were you? I don’t want to see a video filled with vitriol either, and prefer something more like this. For me it’s more proof of how our first instinct is to get attention through attack rather than kindness. I just wonder if you hadn’t instigated this conversation would it have had the same response or would the guy just have continued on his merry way producing more of the same social media dreck? Does the target of this kind of attack always have to be the bigger person? Just a thought. 🤔

I appreciate Bob for initiating a conversation with this person, and I hope it has taught Dave (and all of us) a lesson in that: you're not @ing the air, you're @ing another human. You're talking to other people. We're all guilty of saying shit online we won't say to peoples' faces. Here's hoping people (and I include myself in this) learn to take a breath and think about what they post before they do it, who it could hurt, and how it could be interpreted. Also, I agree it takes more maturity to admit when you were wrong as opposed to doubling down. But there's a lot of people out there (not saying this of David, but in general) who, when they're called on bad behaviour, will try to downplay it as, "Oh, I was just joking." I think that is a type of dishonesty we need to be better with as well.

Courtney Knight

I think it takes a lot more maturity to say you were wrong, than it does to double down on poor behavior.

Bob The Drag Queen & Monét X Change

I hate the idea of giving these people shine but maybe that's just me

Derek Williams

I do see that, I’m just not so into the cloying sycophancy that is the tone the guy takes when confronted by Bob (who I applaud for having the conversation). I would just prefer if you’re going to @ someone and use profanity perhaps they stood by their opinion rather than crumble at the first hurdle, which goes someway to show the cowardice of people who have been hiding behind a keyboard. To your point perhaps showing us a more thoughtful person behind the troll (?)...we have 240 characters available now...maybe use them? I’m just not sure we need to reward bad behaviour?

I thought it was a great exercise in not getting offended and instead having an open discussion about what people are actually thinking and feeling. People talk out of turn on the internet all the time these days, and the more we see these types of discussions, the better we are. In my opinion.

Bob did an episode of that actually https://podcasts.apple.com/ph/podcast/episode-29-bob-the-drag-queen/id1257821731?i=1000430547466

So this guys issues were not with Bob but with his fans...then go off at his fan’s don’t use the C word at Bob...sounds like a revisionist troll who got caught out. While I understand the intellectual exercise, not sure we needed to give this dude a platform?

There is a great podcast called Conversations With People Who Hate Me. This very much reminded me of that. Love it!!!!!

a queen for the people

This was so sweet
