2020-07-25 21:57:02 +0000 UTCAlso regarding responding to haters: as a non-famous person, every time I interact with someone famous, I want to capture their attention, potentially strike up a conversation and just... make them see me. I want to occupy some space in their mind, because obviously I think about them a great deal. So naturally, I want them to have a positive opinion about me. Haters are unburdened with that concern, but they still want attention... So if a celebrity responds to haters, it incentivises them to be even louder and more vitriolic for visibility.
