For your streaming trubs you could check out something that is called OBS ninja for some reason. https://obs.ninja/ - seems like you can basically add Alex's OBS camera output in as another camera on Ray's side. I saw a stream (Desert Bus) where they had up to 8 different people on screen at a time with it and it seemed to work pretty well.
