Yes, when I use the airbrush I use it to apply color filters. This way we clean up the transitions we have made with the brush and we can also add different shades to create atmosphere in the miniature.

Hi again Sergio. So...a question from this vid about your blending with the turquoise mix. It seems clear that you are using a glaze consistency in the airbrush for this and that this could certainly be replicated with a brush. My question is about placement, which is a little hard to see with the airbrush. I can see that you are glazing heavily into the shadows areas to tie those dark shadows in, but are you also lightly glazing that turquoise blend EVERYWHERE to varying degrees, just to soften all blends and create ambiance? When I study the picture of the finished piece, this seems to be the case, but I'd love your input, if you have time. Thank you!

Thank you very much! Yes, I try to include in all the tutorials the explanations of that video to paint the miniature. Also, I think that as each project is independent there are things that even though I repeat them in many tutorials, it never hurts to remember them. Again, thank you very much!

Hi Sergio. As always, I appreciate your explanations. You don't assume we've seen every other video and therefore you don't assume knowledge we may or may not already have. For example, when you said cover 99% of the previous layer, it blew my mind and made perfect sense, because then you have more room to work for next layers. I had heard similar things in the past of course, but this was such a clear and great way of explaining and I appreciate it!
