The street-running part through downtown is janky in a lovable old way, it was the first modern light rail line in the U.S., so it was built on the cheap and there's been a lot of little fixes made over the years (City College station did not used to look that nice!) but it still has some of that fun messiness of a historic system, and it's so lovable and charming overall.
