Hello! The black and white primer is to guide us where we are going to place the light and shadows. Also, when we have the primer in white and use saturated colors, this saturation will be more powerful than if there is a dark or black surface underneath. In some cases it doesn't matter to make this double primer, but in others it is essential. It could be done only with the black color, yes, but to help you with the light, it is better to use both.

So we might as well just prime with black and straight to capi base paint. What do you think?

Hopefully seeing capi bases done like this I will have the confidence to start them!!! One question I have regarding is what do you use for gap filling? As it's more often needed on resin minis? Thanks cant wait for the next video!!!!
