Good afternoon. I downloaded this mod and had to tell you how impressed I am. I'm a real estate appraiser by profession in the real world so it was so cool to see that incorporated into the game. The buy and sell process and hiring an agent are pretty spot on lol. I did recently run into an issue with rent collection. My tenant has not paid rent in two weeks. I have not received a notification as usual that the rent was not paid and when I go to manage property to check, it shows no outstanding rent. Any ideas?

I got a new computer and downloaded Private Practice again, but the blood pressure machine isn't showing up in my game anymore. I have every expansion and it still said that like 80 something objects had to be removed when I downloaded the hospital from the gallery. What can I do to fix it?

I noticed that when there is an appointment set for private practice it conflicts with the interior decor job assignment. If the appointment for pp is set when its time for work it wont give you an option to go at all or cancel or get a note for the dr

I don't recommend using NPCC to choose NPCs that come with our mod. We don't currently have the functionality to allow you to choose an NPC, but you can definitely request that addition for a future update.

My game has crashed 9 times in a row after installing your mods. It was working fine before hand. I'm not coming here to just be a bitchy Karen about everything, I'm telling you so maybe I can get some help and I'm super frustrated. And I want to be able to use your mods because they seem like so much fun but I just cannot get them to funtion properly.

I'm considering cancelling my membership due to my game ALWAYS crashing whenever I install your mods. I've supported you on tumbler as well. I download, I extract to mods folder, removed all the stuff you need to remove before downloading, and it still will not work. And please don't come back with "no one forces me to pay" and that's true, but I am also paying for a working mod when I am paying for your membership and have access to the same links as everyone else. I'm not sure if its just me. I have deleted other mods and have only used yours and it still doesn't work. And now I've had to remove everything and start over. This gets frustrating when its happening every single time. I take that back. Right before this last update, I was using the mortem mod, but I still had issues with it. I've been simming for a very long time, like since the damn game came out. I know how to play the game, and while I have only been using mods for a few years, its not rocket science.

We don't always have a Patreon version for all our mods. The only Patreon downloads are available in the Patreon Download links I refer to. Since none of the listed mods updated just now are on the Patreon list, then you would need to grab all of these downloads to be up to date. I suggest the all-in-one download to ensure you got everything and delete what you don't want.

Hi. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure where this question would go, and I'm super confused about the downloads still. Please forgive me for asking, but when the public version is released, should a patreon such as myself always go ahead and grab the public version as the most current version of the mods? For example, if I have the patreon version of a mod entitled "1.0," and later the public version comes out as "2.0," should I grab "2.0" even though it's the public version since it's been updated generally speaking? I know the patreon links provide links to versions of the mods that are considered "in testing" once a mod is released for the public, so maybe it's the test version that is the most current in such a situation? Am I making this way too hard 0.o.

I know this is a little of a n off topic question but how hard would it be to make a mod that would reqire groceries on hand to cook? so basically the simple living trait without having to use a spot in lot challenges. ive so far looked at making small mods so idk how big of a project that wold be

Sounds like you have the old version. The new one doesn’t ask you that. It is a whole new process at that point. Also, you shouldn’t be playing Mortem if you updated your game BTW. Please wait for our upcoming update.

Oh ok.. It popped up after I called the funeral home, it said I have to plan the memorial service via plan a social event on the phone or on the calendar.. maybe I got it wrong then :)

The memorial service does not appear on the calendar yet. The mod reminds you the day of, similar to a Private Practice appointment. You can always ask for it to show on the Calendar as feedback now that the Calendar is available for all with the latest game patch.

Yes, we were just made aware of the missing x-ray directive from the last update. Kids do not use the treadmill. An update for this will be coming soon.

I noticed when you have a child do a sick visit, the child cannot do the tredmill or x-ray machine so it does not advance in the visit. I had to end my visit and then it said you will have to do another visit. Is there a way to make it so kids do not have to do the treadmill? or?

...and I kind of enjoyed that the kids automatically got to stay home sick, and adults weren't able to go to work. Naps seemed to help, which is realistic too. Over all, I am really enjoying this mod. Thanks, team.

My experience was that my family all got sick at the same time and couldn't seem to get well, but after a few day, they all were well again. It kind of seemed more realistic to me then getting sick, taking meds and instantly well again.

It took me a while to test it out and make sure but yes my sims are still constantly sick back to back even if they get a flu shot or take medicine. I pulled the game down took the mod out and opened it to make sure all the debug is cleared and also checked in multiple different sim families.

The private practice mod works great everything works for me but my sims are still constantly sick even after redownloading it.

My sims can check in or do any of the other actions, it's a generic lot that has the private practice trait.

That's your problem. You have it set to LittleMsSam's Medical Clinic. You need to switch it to Generic for the mod to function properly and cancel your appointment. For additional support, please go to our Discord if needed.

My sims can't seem to check in =( I changed the lot to medical clinic and downloaded everything correctly but the check in machines are not functional.
