Using AI art!?

I am setting all to start working on my next visual novel (SF: Pawvard Legacy), but, I want to hear your honest oppinion about using AI to help me have the BGs I have in mind for the game.
I am not good at drawing BGs, I have never been good, and also, getting them are a huge time and money consuption, so, I was thinking on getting aid from AI background generators.
Just Backgrounds, obviously, sprites and other assets will be all made by myself as always, but want you to tell me, Are you ok if I use AI for those backgrounds on my next game?
Be honest please.

Like people said, AI finishing is mostly a tool, and in the right hands it saves time. When it becomes a crutch is an issue but considering the alternative is having you yourself try and do all the work, it's not like there's a moral reason to say no to this.
