Although I don't officially do "Angry August" anymore, what August would be complete without me highlighting a bunch of people being angry for no reason!? That's right, this weekend's video is an all new Social Media Meltdown, and who gets angrier on the Internet than people defending their favorite artists? Enjoy!
Any time someone posts a list of the best selling songs or most streamed songs, people get upset that their favorite artists aren't listed, or take offense that someone believes those top-selling songs are better than the songs they like. Buckley looks at a Meltdown on a recent story about the most recent singles to reach "Diamond" certification (10x Platinum, or 10 million equivalent purchases). How come Bieber, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Kesha and Drake, are on a list but The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Prince, and Michael Jackson aren't!? Let's find out!
