I may have mentioned this before, but one thing I really like doing with this bonus content is being able to expand on a topic I did as a weekend video, or do a spin-off or sequel of sorts. And when I can combine that with a recently-created feature that I've been having a lot of fun with, well... we end up with this week's bonus!
A followup to my recent Dose about Ben Affleck and Matthew Perry getting outed by TikTok girls on a site most people didn't know existed. Raya is a dating app that you have to apply to in order to use, and only 8% of applicants are selected. So what about the other 92%? Well, they leave negative reviews on the App Store, and I make fun of them!

Ash pretty much nailed what I wanted to say. Sure, celebs have some cool shit in their lives, but if they try to find someone genuinely into them as people? We all like to make fun of their shallow relationships, divorces and brakeups but it must not be easy to find someone valueable in their environment. I make one exception for what I said- Taylor Swift. I don't feel any sympathy for her or one of her 431 ex boyfriends who were dumb enough to think "that girl couldn't set a working relationships with 430 other dudes but I'll be the one".

2021-06-09 08:47:05 +0000 UTCI like the idea of Raya... for celebrities. I feel sorry for people like Ben Affleck and Matthew Perry who can’t find genuine people who like them and not their money. It’s a great idea for people who genuinely need someone to connect with others like them and not regular people who are after their 15 minutes of fame, but as usual, “influencers” destroy it for everyone.
