- John Wick Start Hair: Replaces Hairstyle 6 (tucked back behind ears)
- John Wick End Hair: Replaces Hairstyle 4 (tucked behind ears with loose strands)
- John Wick Mid Hair: Replaces Hairstyle 27 (loose hair)
- John Wick Mid Hair Alt: Replaces Hairstyle 30 (loose hair, tucked behind one ear)
