2020-02-12 22:29:12 +0000 UTCIf she really wanted to write in the Lich Dumbledore thing, she could have had it be Snape using the Resurrection Stone to set up the Hallows. We are constantly told starting in book 1 that Snape loves the dark arts and knows all about them, and at the start of the book Dumbledore constantly deflects from the ring and tries to hide it. Just keep that plotline and have Harry constantly notice the ring or have Dumbledore talk around or hide it and say he trusts Snape because Snape is the only reason he is still alive, then at the end of the book instead of going insane he gets really weak and erratic in a creepy way because he needs Snape to re use the Resurrection Stone / end the enchantment before he falls apart or something
