for the latest version of the game.
changes:
-New route: Craiova-Caracal-Alexandria-Bucuresti
-New route: Craiova-Bechet-Alexandria-Bucuresti
-New cities: Caracal, Alexandria (RO)
-Activated city Slatina (companies, garage and so on)
-Targu-Jiu rebuilt
-added missing part from A1
-fixed all reported bugs
-updated materials
