DiIiS-NA Build 3598 - Pre-Beta version for Patreon's (I-IV Act)

+ Improved the stable last cut-scene in Act 3.
+ Minor fixes in all Act 3 quests.
+ And most importantly ... transition to act 4. (At the moment, it is in a very early stage, since it was not so easy to transfer my early development of Act 4 from DiIiS (1.0.3). Therefore, Act 4 will be introduced gradually. There is a lot of new content for testing.
