Simple the Daughter is a new trainer about to start her Pokeharem journey but before she can leave she has to prove to her MILF Mother and her Team that she can handle any Pokemusu out their, If she can't then she has to let her Mother come with her, Either way Win, Win! (I'm guessing just MILF/Daughter, If theirs actually a Male character involved this idea still works, Just add in a Step Dad to help test the Daughter.
