I am indeed working on a Halloween piece, but unfortunately most of my original piece for it had to be scrapped. I spent a day writing, like, 5000 words and feeling really good until I read it back the next day and realised it was actually pretty boring and messy. Yeah, getting out thousands of words in a total stream of consciousness can be cathartic, but it didn't really produce great results. Or maybe it did, and I just psyched myself out. Writers do that. I digress.
A new piece IS being worked on and should be up by Halloween or a few days at most, and I'll spend the next month writing some easier pieces for myself, something a bit more chill.
